These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern the supply of products by La Lune Botanicals ("we", "our", "us") to approved wholesale customers, stockists, retailers, distributors, hospitality venues, wellness practitioners, corporate partners, and other trade customers ("Customer", "you", "your").
By placing a wholesale order with La Lune Botanicals, you agree to be bound by these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
All wholesale accounts are subject to approval at the sole discretion of La Lune Botanicals.
Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of La Lune Botanicals.

Wholesale customers agree to represent the La Lune Botanicals brand professionally and accurately.
Customers must not:

Wholesale products may not be distributed to other resellers, distributors, wholesalers, or third parties without written approval.
Wholesale accounts are intended solely for the approved business entity.
La Lune Botanicals may provide approved marketing assets from time to time.
Customers may only use marketing materials supplied or approved by La Lune Botanicals.
We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use marketing assets at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Lune Botanicals shall not be liable for:

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
These Wholesale Terms & Conditions, together with any approved wholesale pricing schedules, credit agreements, and associated policies, constitute the entire agreement between La Lune Botanicals and the Customer.
